A fresh start

It's been awhile since I updated this.

Truth be told, I sort of forgot it existed. I've been struggling a lot with my depression lately. I've been just really discouraged in terms of making things. Creative pursuits have been put on the back burner as I just try to survive. I barely draw, I never write, I mostly just play video games and pretend I'm someone else. The COVID pandemic is partially to blame, but I know that my mental state has been steadily declining for years. My living situation is also quickly deteriorating, which only adds to my general depression and lack of motivation.

However, I'm not here to make excuses. I'm here to update this site and make use of it. Despite my life not being what I imagined it would be when I was younger, I'm going to keep going. I have an amazing best friend who helps me so very much as well as a whole circle of other friends that love and support me. I am determined to rise above this and eventually, I'd like to get therapy and medication because I am worth it.

I have a few new art pieces to share and I'm excited to do so! Let's get to it.
